Every Dungeon needs a Land to host:
Each piece of Land can host one Dungeon at a time
After one Dungeon ends and liquidates its Prize Pool, a new Dungeon can start running
Every Land is owned by a Landlord
🤑 How to Own a Land & Earn:
A new Land is released:
when the average Chapter length exceeds 7 on all existing Lands
with the staking price determined by average Landlord Dividend over the past 72hrs
Once a new Land is released, anyone can stake $GABBY to acquire it on a first-come-first-served basis
As a Landlord, you receive passive Landlord Dividend:
1% of all Prize Pools ever run on your Land
You can unstake your Land any time after 7-day minimum staking period

Lands have a levelling system that affects Dungeon parameters
Level adjustments:
🔺 Level-up
By cumulative rounds of Dungeons played
🔻 Level-down
If no Chapter is created for 24hr on an empty Land
